The Role:
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment processes for both contract and permanent roles within the construction sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to use your industry expertise in construction recruitment to expand our client base, supporting existing clients and establishing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee full-cycle recruitment for construction roles, handling both contract and permanent placements.

* Actively source, screen, and place candidates in alignment with client needs.

* Advertise roles effectively, using both online platforms and targeted industry channels.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

* Drive new business by engaging with potential clients to promote Careermakers' services.

* Conduct interviews, background checks, and other necessary recruitment processes.
