Q - Are you a top university graduate looking to support students in an equally high-achieving school?

If so, a top performing school based in Southwark are looking for Academic Mentors to join them ASAP!

The school are looking for someone academically gifted who can support their KS5 students with university applications to top Russell Group Universities, including Oxbridge!

Your role as an Academic Mentor will involve supporting students from KS3 - KS4 in their studies. You will primarily be working within your subject specialisms, but may support in another subject on occasion.

Additionally, you will be an Academic Mentor to A Level students in KS5 offering bi-weekly sessions to support them in free periods with their revision. You will be a positive mentor for yougn people, offering additional guidance and support in their university application process.

EdEx have worked with this school for a number of years and have placed lot's of excellent graduates, many of whom are still at the school as qualified teachers having gone through the schools internal teacher training scheme

Must have a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Have a good understanding of Russell Group Universities
Perfect for aspiring teachers looking to do PGCE, QTS, Schools Direct
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
