Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Grangemouth
Hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm (with flexibility)

Escape Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing client based in Grangemouth.

You'll lead a warehouse team, ensuring goods are stored and moved efficiently. This includes running daily briefs, managing internal transport, and keeping stock systems accurate and up to date.

The role involves:

Supervising warehouse operatives and managing performance.

Keeping track of stock movement, reconciliation, and warehouse records.

Supporting health & safety and operational standards.

Communicating effectively across departments.

What you need:

Warehouse or logistics leadership experience.

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Good IT skills and confident team leadership.
