Delivery Consultant - Housing Property & Regeneration

Salary £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days WFH - 35 days holiday
 
About You

Reporting to the Divisional Manager for Housing Property & Regeneration, you will play a key role in recruiting for senior positions, developing a market, and building strong relationships with potential candidates. Your focus will include expanding a geographical market by identifying key clients and stakeholders, with the goal of driving new business opportunities.

You will be tasked with identifying, assessing, and engaging prospective candidates, establishing rapport, and guiding them through the recruitment process, from Team Manager to C-Suite roles within the Housing sector. Initially, you will concentrate on building out your market, with the aim of transitioning into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role that incorporates business development as you progress.

Your Previous Experience as a Delivery Consultant

At least 12 months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
Expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting
Lead generation experience
Excellent relationship-building abilities 
Your Role as a Delivery Consultant

Attract senior interim and permanent candidates in the Housing sector
Assist sector specialists during discovery calls with clients to understand their candidate needs
Foster relationships with candidates and clients via phone, MS Teams and email
Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders
Build a strong pipeline of suitable candidates, make approach calls, and network within the industry
Prepare candidate briefs and participate in competency interviews
Use project-focused searches to attract passive candidates
