My client are a global freight forwarder they are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team. You MUST have freight forwarding experience.

Daily duties will include:

• Managing transport bookings
• Haulage allocation
• Customer service
• Maintain key accounts
• Monitoring KPI's
• Developing relationships with all suppliers and focal points and shipping lines

Skills needed:

• UK haulage operations, FCL / LCL and warehousing operations
• Intermodal and multiple ports operation
• Good geographic and container inventory knowledge

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
