I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a North West London based housing provider on a temp to perm basis. The permanent salary will be £38,000 - £39,000 per annum. An basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

The successful Multi Trade Operative will be required to:
* Complete repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
* Be customer focused
* Have social housing experience

Pay Rate:
* £24.50ph (umbrella rate)

Hours:
* 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

The successful Plumber will be supplied with:
* PDA System
* A Van
