First Call is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a global facilities management company, working at their site in Stockport

Responsibilities:

• Covering cleaning, portering & laundry services
• Staff monitoring
• Staff duty allocation
• Service audit
• Staff rosters
• Data reporting
• Stock rotation and control
• Staff training and supervision

Experience:

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to drive is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Working on a rota - 4 days out of 7 - Reporting to the Soft Services Manager
