Our client, a well-established dealership near Hertford, is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious brand where you'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to high standards
* Providing expert technical advice to customers
* Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to safety standards
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (minimum requirement)
* Previous experience working in a main dealership is essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
The Package:
* Basic salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (depending on MOT status) + £48,000 OTE
* 45-hour work week with a Saturday rota (8am - 1pm)
