Avenue are currently seeking an Operations Executive for a well established client.
The purpose of the role is to manage and coordinate the organisation's internal structure based on company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and consistent deadlines. The Operations Executive will be part of the SMT (Senior Management Team).

Main Responsibilities:

Identify and project manage new opportunities at existing or new Treatment Centres
Oversee the activity of the Treatment Centres and promote continual improvement
Prepare budgets, schedules and other organisational reports as needed
Provide advice and guidance to Treatment Centre Managers
Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Improve existing systems & policies and develop new ones as required
Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner
Promote and enforce safety in the workplace and be responsible for maintaining the health & safety manual, policies and procedures
Responsible for the Environmental Management System, its maintenance and implementation
Key contact with regulatory bodies such as HSE, SEPA, Local Authority Environmental Health and auditing organisations
Manage external product & service suppliers
Execute plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
The role is home-based with some travel between sites in Scotland, Hull and Tilbury
