The Role

Working with various directorates, you will take the lead in making each area a great place to work which will involve analysing staff survey results, coordinating action plans and facilitating workshops.

You will also be part of the project group responsible for overhauling the appraisal process.

To be considered you must have experience working in an OD partner role and be particularly strong in facilitation. We are looking for a strong track record of managing and organising OD interventions, including managing leadership development
