Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our established team based in our Telford office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.

As a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will:

* Receive FULL RECRUITMENT & SALES TRAINING to enable you to contribute to the Office/Commercial Desk

* Source and register experienced office/executive candidates

* Supply candidates to clients within the Shropshire area

* Generate business through outbound sales

* Business development of current/prospect clients

* Contract Management of client

* Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients

* Hold client meetings face to face - full driving license ESSENTIAL
