Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process improvement and transformation within a large organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Improvement, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
- Analytical skills to assess processes and quantify improvements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to navigate complex and changing environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green/ Black Belt), Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and process modelling tools.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing conditions.
- Experience with process mining platforms.
