A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a temp-perm Warehouse Operative for our client based in Newport.

Monday-Friday

10:00am-16:00pm

£11.75/h

Main Duties will involve:

• Picking, and preparing orders
• Ensuring proper post presentation for daily collection.
• Fulfil orders and liaising with couriers for despatches.
• Receiving and managing incoming stock.
• Maintain key KPIs for efficiency, service, and stock accuracy.
• Resolve order issues promptly and positively
• Liaising with wider operation team and Sales to identify the route cause.
• Quality checking all products
• Keeping are nice and tidy
• Following all health and safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in a similar packing, warehouse, or fulfilment role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, organised, and self-motivated.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to working for an ethical brand and passion for sustainability and wellness.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
