Job Title: Residential Conveyancer – Scottish Qualified

Job description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of excellent city Law Firm, who require a Scottish Qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a period of 2 months with the likelihood of further extension.

Ideally, the client is looking for candidates available on a full-time basis, however applicants available on a part-time basis will also be considered.

Duties:

• Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
• Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

The successful candidate will be either a qualified Scottish Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer.

Rate: Dependant on prior experience
