Our client is one of the largest businesses in Global Real Estate, transacting across 5 continents, with over 18,000 staff worldwide.GKR International have formed a successful partnership with the firm over the last 8 years and have recently been mandating to an experience Sales Agent for their team.This role will enable the successful candidate to transact across 4 offices within Central London within the Core and Prime offering, with average transactions around the £3.5m mark recently.You will be working with clients on their own homes, investment transactions and bulk deals across the New Homes portfolio.Package:- Circa £35,000 basic salary- Tiered commission- Monday to Friday only- Corporate benefits including Season Ticket Loan, market leading pension etc.
