What will do you as the Warehouse Lead

* Oversee warehouse processes to ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency

* Provide coaching and mentoring to warehouse operatives and supervisors

* Responsible for H&S

* Ensure all products are stored, handled, and dispatched correctly

* Work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to achieve set goals

* Manage Inventory and stock control

What will you need to be the Warehouse Lead

* Worked within a leadership role within a busy warehouse

* Strong understanding of H&S

* Proficient in WMS systems and Excel

* Experience of logistics, supply and operations
