Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence SolicitorLocation: BoltonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my clients esteemed legal team and are inviting applications from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE who are ready to bring their expertise and dedication to our clients.About the Role:As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be an integral part of their busy office, working alongside a friendly and professional team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a clinical negligence caseload.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Leveraging knowledge and experience of the Proclaim Case Management System (desirable but not essential).

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence.
• Experience in dealing with Delayed Diagnosis of Cancer and Birth Injury cases.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong litigation experience.
• Proficient keyboard and IT skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
