About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This full-time position is available immediately due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to professional growth. The successful candidate will support a Key Stage 2 class of 25 students, working closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality education.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a primary school setting.

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to support students with diverse learning needs, including SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

• Lead small group activities and interventions.

• Support the assessment and tracking of student progress.

• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
