Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the Entertainment & Leisure Sales team at Rosewood London on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Our Sales Coordinator is appointed to provide full administrative and operational assistance to the team. This role plays an integral part in positioning Rosewood London as one of the city's market leaders in the international Entertainment and Leisure segment.

Key expectations of this role are

  • Assist with incoming enquiries across all segments mainly for Entertainment and Leisure segment and support administrative tasks allowing the team to work effectively.
  • Prepare proposals where necessary and facilitate show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities and assist with floor plans and images as required.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of Junkets and groups. This can vary from a runner role to talent handling. Liaise confidently with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
  • Coordinate and be actively involved in all stays and visits of our Entertainment and Leisure clients to ensure a memorable guest experience.
  • Assist with billing related orders and PO processing, ensure they are generated in a timely manner, sent to clients and payment schedules are followed up.
  • Maintain the relevant aspects of our client database.
  • Support in collating presentations, reports, lists, resumes for incoming groups and post event reporting.


Profile

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • A good understanding of Opera and Salesforce would be a plus.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in coordinating tasks.
  • Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail, paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
  • The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
