What will you do as a Sales Administrator?

* Manage the sales order process from initial receipt through to customer delivery

* Prepare and follow up on bespoke quotations using internal CRM system

* Inputting accurate order details into Sage including measurements and components

* First point of contact for any customer services enquiry through email or phone

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gain updates for the customer

* Prepare all relevant paperwork for the warehouse team and dispatch of the product

What do you need as a Sales Administrator?

* Previous sales admin experience ideally from a manufacturing background

* Use of Sage and CAD would be desirable but not essential

* Experience preparing quotes and managing sales order process

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

* Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft office packages
