My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in the city of London and currently have a number of exciting new projects in place which they are looking for a Senior Site Manager with experience working on Cut and Carve projects to join their team in Central London.

Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor Management
- Manage multiple packages
- Manage Assistants and Trainees
- Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures.
- Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- A proven background working for a Main Contractor
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
- Commercial. cut & carve, refurbishment experience.
- Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ)
- Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
