Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons following the national curriculum
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where needed
Foster a positive learning environment that supports all students
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policiesWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for education and a commitment to student success
