Take full responsibility for store performance, ensuring commercial success through strong P&L Responsibility

Lead and inspire the team through clear Sales Leadership and day-to-day Retail Management

Deliver exceptional Customer Service Excellence across every area of the store

Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective Recruitment & Training and ongoing Team Management

Ensure brand standards are consistently met through strong attention to Visual Merchandising

Set clear goals, drive performance, and create a culture of success

What We're Looking For in a Store Manager

A proven Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills

Experience within the fashion retail sector, with a customer-first approach

A passion for developing people and leading high-performing retail teams

Strong commercial and operational understanding, including experience with P&L Responsibility

A confident decision maker who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
