Tradewind Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 SEND and Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Brigg area. This role is full time Monday to Friday to start from January 2025 and will be long term until the end of the academic year.

It is a small village school that offers plenty of support to their staff.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student with additional needs, offering vital support to ensure their educational journey is as enriching as possible. Your primary duties will include:
Providing individualised assistance to the assigned student.
Implementing strategies to support the student's learning and development.
Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt and tailor lessons as needed.
Assisting with the student's personal care and well-being.
Monitoring and recording progress, communicating effectively with parents and the school team.Requirements: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience working with children with challenging behaviour and additional needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of individual students.
Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment.Benefits:
