Position: Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £89 a day

We are looking for a passionate and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN)

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

* Support students in developing their social and academic skills.

* Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure each child's needs are met.

* Monitor and report on student progress.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

* Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students with diverse needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.

* Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development (preferred but not essential).

* Have or willing to acquire a Dbs on the update service
