1st Line & 2nd Line IT Support

For this role you will need a blend of being technically proficient, being a great communicator, able to help your colleagues and be the technical lead with 1st or 2nd line issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• At least 5 years' experience in an IT Role or 3 years' experience in an MSP.

• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Servers and Hyper-V

• Strong knowledge of Networks

• Good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products • In depth technical experience of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint

• Experience of Microsoft EMS 365 Technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection • Being part of the escalation team of any technical issues and finding solutions to technical issues

Preferred Qualifications/Experience with;

• Microsoft Certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) • ITIL Foundation
