Teaching Assistant Applicants Should:

• Have experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with challenging behaviours.

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.

• Hold relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

• Be passionate about education and committed to making a difference in students' lives.
