Service Delivery Manager

Salary:£40,856.00 per annum with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location:Veolia South Bucks, Amersham, London Road East, HP7 9DT

What you'll be doing;

• Lead the team and maintain a visible presence for employees on site and on the rounds
  
• Ensure that the depot and collection operation is run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements with improvement plans in place to address any areas of non-compliance
  
• Develop an excellent day to day relationship with senior clients, elected members and trade union representatives. Built on trust and service delivery
  
• Utilise data to improve operational performance
  
• Manage people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service
  
• Set and present budgets. Manage monthly financial performance
  
• Deliver the contract against required budgets and KPIs
  

What we're looking for;

• Leading and developing a team
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Waste management experience
  
• Fleet management experience
  
• IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH
  
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience, Transport CPC, COTC/CMS would be desirable
