We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner; This is an opportunity to join our client's nurturing and inclusive nursery team and play a crucial role in shaping the lives of children aged 0-5, providing high-quality care, education, and support.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Level 3 in Early Years or above
  • Knowledge: A deep understanding and practical application of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and principles of child development.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with children, colleagues, and families, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Inclusivity: A strong commitment to championing diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery setting, ensuring every child feels valued and respected.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging Learning Activities: Plan and deliver a diverse range of creative, stimulating, and age-appropriate learning activities to meet the individual developmental needs of each child.
  • Safe Environment: Create and maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment that fosters growth, learning, and well-being for all children under your supervision.
  • Partnership and Support: Work collaboratively with families and external professionals to understand and accommodate the unique requirements of each child, ensuring comprehensive support and holistic development.
  • Records and Relationships: Keep comprehensive and accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and well-being, and build strong, positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents to ensure effective communication and support.
