To be considered for this opportunity the Senior Quantity Surveyor must meet the following criteria:

* Main Contracting Experience: A strong background working with recognized "blue-chip" main contractors. (Experience with housing developers will not be considered.)

* Stable Career History as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and able to demonstrated stability in previous roles, with no frequent job changes.

* Qualifications: Ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, or chartered status.

* Design and Build Experience: Proven experience in as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a Design and Build environment
