Description

Responsibilities:

• Advise on health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Develop and implement health and safety policies
• Deliver in-house training to staff to promote a safety-first culture
• Assist with ongoing safety initiatives as the company grows
• Develop, implement, and manage new and existing health and safety policies, procedures, and programmes in line with legal requirements and industry best practices

Profile

• Professional health and safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the construction industry (ideal but not essential)
• A proactive approach to safety and compliance
