Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the dynamic team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage multiple phase developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations and manage all aspects of the construction process.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

* Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

* Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly with multiple phase developments.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Valid driving license.
