Area to be covered: North (Birmingham up - focus along the M62)

Remuneration: £50,000-£55,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Timber Frame will involve:

* Field sales position promoting a high quality timber frame system

* Focusing on developers, affordable housing and commercial sector

* All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, private developers, housing associations, local authorities, main contractors and architects

* Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £5m+

* Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business

* Liaising with internal technical, design, contracts managers and operations to ensure projects are secured

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Timber Frame with:

* Must have timber frame sales experience

* May consider associated systems such as: structural building solutions, structural steel, steel buildings, modular buildings or related structural building/ building envelope systems

* Must have dealt with housebuilders, private developers, housing associations, local authorities, main contractors and architects

* Self-motivated and driven with strong planned approach to delivery

* Able to generate new business relationships within a territory with huge potential

* Resilient, driven, self motivated and ambitious personality
