Location: Remote with monthly site visits (drivers licence required)

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and rating the sustainability performance of buildings, providing expert advice on sustainable design and construction practices, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. The role also involves collaborating with project teams and clients to achieve sustainable building certifications.

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience in conducting BREEAM assessments and sustainable building certifications

* Licensed Assessor

* Carried out Excellent / Outstanding BREEAM assessments

* Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices

* Understanding of environmental standards and regulations

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

* Ability to work independently and remotely

* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
