* For both internal and external works capabilities (refurbishment experience on external elements is key, facades, roofs, cut/carve etc).

* Team currently has 15 members who work closely under the guidance of our Senior Project Manager and Project Director.

* We are looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

* Managing subcontracor works from the first fix to customer care handover
