Job Title: Customer Service Operations Support Analyst

Location: Newcastle - Colbalt Park (Hybrid working 2 days onsite per week- Tues & Wed in office, other days at home)

Employment Type: Contract (12 months contract)

Pay Bracket: £13.65 - £21.09 Ph PAYE - depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Looking to hire aVery enthusiastic candidate who has excellent demonstratable communication skills (written & verbal) to join us for a 12-month contract opportunity.

Day to day responsibilities will include tasks such as running reports via SAP, SAP Processing, Excel Reports, manual report running and dealing with discrepancies.

The successful Customer Service Operations Support Analyst will ideally have experience with SAP & Microsoft Office & Communication skills indicated on CV (Previous position in Customer services or customer operations).

  • Predominantly working in our Customer Service Operations Department.
  • A member of a multi skilled team with a high degree of initiative/problem solving.
  • A strong collaborator who can work effectively and enthusiastically both internally and externally (verbal and written communication).
  • A sound and general knowledge of working within systems and processes e.g. SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office,
  • Excellent excel and analytical skills.
  • You need to have a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly first time.

Additional Information:

Standard working hours 37.5 per week (Monday - Friday).
