Registered Home Manager

Location: Telford

Salary: Up to £70,000

Facility Details:

* Size: 30 beds

* Opening: Within the next 3 months

* Complex care: Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, ABI and Physically Disbaled

Requirements:

* Qualifications: Must be a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)

* Experience: At least 3 years in management (consideration given to Deputy Managers)

* Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations

* Skills: Ability to lead clinical teams, excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
