We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part time Credit Controller to join them on a part time, permanent basis. This role will be working approx 20 hours per week, but are flexible with working days/hours etc.
This company are a medium sized turnover company, and will report into the finance manager.
Duties include:
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Raising sales credit notes
- Allocating payments on the in house accounting package
- Handling queries relating to the ledger/credit control
- Adding new customers onto the system
- Performing credit checks on new customers
- Reporting any debtor issues to the finance manager
- Applying for credit insurance
- Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
- Month end reconciliations
- Other adhoc duties
