Duties of an Operations Administrator
- Gather and compile reports for on-site operations and support the Microsite Manager with additional reporting tasks.
- Monitor stock levels, verify stock reports, and ensure all numbers are accurate and reconciled.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are completed by relevant teams, actively following up to maintain compliance.
- Maintain and update the Skills Matrix, ensuring accurate records of team competencies and training progress.
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and tracking of audit processes to ensure operational compliance.
- Liaise with multiple teams to chase outstanding reports, ensure timely completion of documentation, and support smooth operational processes.
Requirements for an Operations Administrator:
- Proven experience in an operations administration role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reporting and stock verification.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to oversee compliance processes and audits.
- Effective communicator with the ability to chase and follow up with teams to ensure task completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data collation and reporting.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
