Customer Service Executive
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Oxford
Overview:
To support their rapid growth, our Client is looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates who want to make an immediate impact to their business as a Customer Service Executive at their Facility in Oxford. Perfect role If you're passionate about delighting your customers and get a real kick out of delivering the very best customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery
- Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
- Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
- Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates
- Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders
- Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours
- Prepare Management Reports
- Process and manage customer orders via their MRP system
About you:
· Experience of providing customer service in a Manufacturing or B2B role
· A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
· The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding for our customers
· Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A keen eye for detail
· Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
· Enjoys working in a team environment
