WestLakes Recruit are currently looking for a Project manager on a permanent basis, for a hybrid role either in London or Bristol .
* Advocate for total replication of the IT and Communications system (e.g KLE, PAVA, DAS) design.
* Identify risks to replication and work with the multidiscipline team to manage and mitigate
* Experience of heavily regulated, high hazard industry
* Experience of Building Services systems EPC.
* Desirable but not essential is direct experience of managing the EPC of IT and Communication systems (e.g PAVA, KLE)* Operate effectively and with authority in a complex matrix organisation
* Effectively lead a delivery team including supply chain partner(s) and a multi disciplined team of professionals to enable replication of the supply chain
* Influence key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
* Manage priorities in complex situations with competing objectives
* Lead the overall strategy for IT & Communication system installation and commissioning with the organisation.
* Be a recognised expert /advisor to others in all areas of project management
* Delivery: Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
* Project Management: Day to day management and leadership of the SZC MEH project and the project team. Provide effective leadership and management controls.
* Budget: Develop the budget and track delivery within budget. Supported by PMO colleagues.
* Resources: Identify skill requirements; and deploy and develop resources. Manage medium sized team.
* Benefits Realisation: Deliver the agreed Business Case benefits and outcomes.
* Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and need for senior level and Client support. Manage internal and external relationships as appropriate.
* Risks and Issues: Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate. Identify and work with related projects to manage interdependencies. Supported by PMO colleagues.
* Assurance: Engage with assurance reviews and support action on recommendations. Organise assurance processes such as gateway reviews.
