Our lovely school in Moseley, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced Headteacher's Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As the Headteacher's PA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Headteacher's office. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the Headteacher's diary and appointments.
Handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders.
Providing administrative support for meetings, including minute-taking.
Assisting with other school administrative duties when necessary.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience as a PA, ideally in an educational setting.
Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adept at handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
