Assistant TSM (M&E) - Building Services.
Do you come from an MEP background either from a subcontractor or consultant and you are interested in being trained to be a Technical Services Manager within the Commercial Office Fit out sector?

The position is for a commercial fit-out Design and Build company in London. You would be mentored and be a key person in supporting the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services on high-quality fit-out projects. The role involves collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical excellence and timely completion of building services installations.

Key responsibilities typically include:
• Pre-Construction Support
• Project Delivery
• Collaboration and Reporting

Requirements
Electrical Engineering HNC, HND or Degree Qualified or relevant site experience.
A good, current knowledge base of all MEP building and infrastructure services
