As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager, and the Factory Manager and your primary responsibility will be building sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and whole systems, all of which are produced within the Factory.

Primary responsibilities:

Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos of 'Zero defects, remember why'.
Electro mechanical assembly that includes, but is not limited to:
Build power amplifiers in volume from a specific document.
Build sub-assemblies from build documents and drawings
Build Systems from build documentation
Maintaining accuracy at all times, whilst working to time constraints and achieving daily/weekly targets
Record and maintain records, both electronically and on hard copy, of work completedMinimum requirements:

Previous experience of Electro mechanical manufacturing
Proven history of soldering to IPC 610
Current IPC 610 Certification would be auspicious but not essential
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work
IPC 620 knowledge would be advantageous
Computer literate
Must hold a British PassportWorking hours 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Based on site in Ross-on-Wye
