Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Since 1981, our client has grown into a dynamic engineering company, specialising in all aspects of pumps and associated equipment. They offer a comprehensive service that includes design, installation, repair, and maintenance of their full product range.
Operating across Scotland’s industrial and commercial sectors, they serve industries such as manufacturing, transportation, food & beverage, leisure, marine, offshore oil & gas, agriculture, fishing, and aquaculture.
Additionally, they supply a broad range of pump-related building services to schools, hotels, hospitals, and commercial office complexes.
They are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management, business development, and technical site visits.
- Generating sales inquiries related to pumps, engineering equipment, and services, including repairs and installations.
- Promoting the company’s products and service capabilities across Scotland.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify future business opportunities.
- Staying informed on innovative products to grow existing client business and identify new prospects.
- Participating in and coordinating conferences, presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Proven external sales experience in a technical field.
- Knowledge of water pumps or filtration equipment would be advantageous.
- Strong electro-mechanical understanding: relevant qualifications are desirable.
- Growth mindset with an appetite to learn.
Location - WFH covering Scotland.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 base, plus bonus of circa £6000 and an extensive benefits package.
