Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. Your key duties will include:
🔹 Managing project contracts, tender documentation, and contractual obligations.
🔹 Developing and implementing procurement strategies alongside the Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS).
🔹 Leading the subcontractor procurement process and ensuring timely appointments.
🔹 Conducting regular commercial reviews and managing project cost control.
🔹 Overseeing CVR processes and identifying potential commercial opportunities.
🔹 Coordinating with the pre-construction team on planning, logistics, and methodology.
🔹 Ensuring all site personnel receive appropriate training and development.
🔹 Building strong client relationships and maintaining professionalism at all times.
🔹 Implementing and overseeing health & safety policies in compliance with regulations.
🔹 Managing project administration, ensuring efficient and effective documentation.
