Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students with SEMH needs.
Develop and implement personalised learning plans to support the academic and emotional growth of each student.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant tutoring experience.
Experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
