Job Purpose As a 360 construction Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
This role requires a proactive and driven individual who can build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and target potential clients through various business development strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Conduct client meetings to discuss job specifications, requirements, and expectations. Candidate Sourcing and Management: o Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations. Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and placement. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates. Market Research and Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to expand your professional network. Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, targets, and achievements.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
Strong business development and client management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
