Role: Customer Sales Executive

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (including £3,000 commission - uncapped)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time

Contract: Permanent

Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire

Main Duties for the Customer Sales Executive:

* Profile customer records and update the CRM to support marketing criteria.

* Build credible relationships and establish trust and rapport.

* Reach out to re-engage lapsed customers.

* Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within organisations.

* Invite existing customers and prospects to events and support various marketing campaigns.

* Schedule appointments for the sales teams (calls and meetings).

* Discover ways to best support and help partners win more business.

* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

* Perform data cleansing as needed.

* Engage with existing customers (leads, prospects, and current clients) as well as initiate cold calls.

* Understand effective techniques for opening, closing, and qualifying interactions.

* Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM.

* Identify new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to pass on to Sales.

* Meet and exceed agreed activity targets and key performance indicators.

Experience requirement for the Customer Service Executive:

* Customer service experience required

* Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to earn a substantial salary

* Possess a positive, self-motivated, and hunter mentality
