The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience working across a variety of sectors, including defence, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential. With project values ranging from £500k to £15m, no two days will be the same.

You'll be working closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, developing your skills in cost planning, procurement, budgeting, and final account settlements. You'll be supported every step of the way towards MRICS chartership, ensuring you have the guidance and training to accelerate your career.

About You - Assistant QS Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• 1-2+ years' experience with a UK consultancy (PQS) preferred
• Valid UK Driving License
• Basic knowledge of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying
• A strong desire to achieve MRICS
• A proactive, ambitious, and team-focused mindset
